Grange Farm Liveries and Competition Centre, is situated 3 miles north of Norwich International Airport, just off the A140 Cromer Road. Owned by Lin Lawler, the centre is run to the very highest standards of care and welfare and provides a professional and cost effective livery service for owners wishing to compete their horses.

Our aim is to provide owners with peace of mind whilst they are away from their horses, knowing that every aspect of their care, including work regime and feeding, is specifically tailored to suit the individual needs of their horse. We have a 28 year history of breeding show, event and racehorses, and can even boast breeding a Derby winning horse, Sweet Return. Although we cannot guarantee the same success in your chosen discipline, we can offer the same standards of integrity and honesty that our former business, Brookfield Stud, was renowned for.

If you are interested in horse racing, we can offer you membership of our racing syndicate, 'Brookfield Stud & Partners' where you can enjoy the thrill of being a racehorse owner for a season. We have a number of young horses racehorses which are available for sale or lease.

Visit our 'Events' page, where you will find the dates of our clinics, competitions and events. We are now an Approved Trailblazer Centre and will be hosting qualifying rounds in both dressage and jumping for the Grand Final at Stoneleigh Park.

As well as offering a full livery service, we also offer a breeding programme for mare owners. This includes all pre-covering preparation, natural covering or Artificial Insemination, foaling and handling the foal in the vital weeks after birth.
